Overview

My scholarship lies at the intersection of ethics, political philosophy, and philosophy of law. I am working on two major, interrelated projects: a political approach to just war theory and a moderate statist theory of justice. In the future, I also intend to develop a normative theory of civil-military relations informed by my conception of state authority and just war theory.
